TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Unravel Learning Studio (“Unravel”, “we”, “our”) reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any tuition session as necessary. In such cases, a refund (full or pro-rated) will be provided for fees paid for lessons not conducted.

2. Unravel accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or injury to personal property or persons arising from participation in our programmes or use of our premises

3. Fees may be changed at any time at the absolute discretion of Unravel. Notice of at least two (2) weeks will be given prior to any fee revision.

4. Unravel Learning Studio reserves the right to dismiss any student from the tuition programme immediately if he/she misbehaves, causing severe disturbance to other students or our staff. A letter of warning may or may not be given depending on the severity of the activity.

5. Parents or guardians shall be liable for any damage caused by the student to the premises, facilities, or property where classes are taught.

ATTENDANCE & MAKE-UP LESSONS

6. If a student is absent with a valid reason (as determined solely by Unravel), fees paid WILL NOT be refunded, but that student may attend a make-up session arranged by Unravel within the same week, subject to availability.

7. If a make-up lesson cannot be scheduled, Unravel will provide the student with the worksheets for the missed class in the prior or following week. If all reasonable efforts to provide a resolution are unsuccessful, the fees for the missed class may be credited towards the subsequent term, at the sole discretion of Unravel.

CENTRE CLOSURE ON PUBLIC HOLIDAYS 

8. Unravel will be closed during public holidays unless otherwise notified by staff. Please refer to the Academic Calendar for specific closure dates. Notice of any exceptional closures will be provided in advance.

FEES & PAYMENT

9. Fees are payable on a termly basis. An official invoice will be sent prior to the commencement of each term. Payment must be made before the student may attend classes. Fees may be pro-rated for new students joining after the beginning of a term.

WITHDRAWAL 

10. Any decision to withdraw from Unravel Learning Studio must be accompanied by a completed withdrawal form submitted at least one (1) calendar month before the intended withdrawal date. The withdrawal form may be requested from our staff.

11. In the event a student wishes to withdraw from Unravel Learning Studio, that student will have to attend all remaining lessons that have been paid for. 

OTHERS

12. Except for Clause 1 of this Terms and Conditions, Unravel Learning Studio has a strict NO REFUND policy.

13. By submitting this registration form, you agree that Unravel Learning Studio may collect, use and disclose your personal data, as provided in this registration form, for the following purposes in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012:

(a) to conduct classes at the centre, including but not limited to the arranging of make-up lessons, sending of lesson materials and online assessment instructions; and

(b) to send you marketing materials and updates about our programmes.

14. Parents or guardians give Unravel their consent to use their and their child's photographs, audio/visual recordings, and academic results for marketing and publication purposes, unless a written opt-out request is submitted and acknowledged by Unravel.
